    After arriving in Buenos Aires, you will be taken to the hotel from the airport. Depending on the time of arrival, you can use the rest of the day to get to know Buenos Aires (optional), explore the modern port of Puerto Madero or visit the famous “Teatro Colon”. Your guide will be happy to help you decide!

    City Tour and Tango-Show

    Overnight: Buenos Aires
    After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel from where you will start the private tour of the city. Your guide will show you the most important sights of Buenos Aires and bring you closer to the history and the current situation of the Argentine capital. Of course, you will also get to know the "Caminito" in La Boca, which is considered the cradle of tango. In the evening, you will experience the tango's magic, a live show in a lovingly restored Belle Époque theater. Dinner is included in the show, as well as the possibility to learn the first steps of Tango with a short dance class!

    Flight to Ushuaia - Ride on the Beagle Channel

    Today we head to the southernmost city in the world: Ushuaia! In the afternoon, you can explore the Beagle Channel by boat and pass the "Isla de los Pájaros", an island full of cormorants and patagonic seagulls, as well as the island of the sea lions, and finally arrive at Ushuaia's traditional lighthouse, "Les Eclaireurs".
    In the evening, we recommend to try the King Crab in one of the many restaurants, a specialty of the region. Moreover, do not forget to get the end-of-the-world stamp for your passport!
    The harbor tax (about 3 USD) is not included in the price and has to be paid at check-in to the trip on the Beagle channel.

    Ushuaia - National Park of the Fireland

    After breakfast, you will be picked up at the hotel for an excursion to the National Park of Fireland. During a 3-hour hike, you will see beautiful landscapes and learn a lot about the local flora and fauna before you reach a hut in the middle of nature where lunch will be served. There you should not miss the canoe tour, which leads you into Lapataia Bay. Here ends the famous Panamericana highway, which goes from Alaska to this point in Fireland. In the late afternoon, you will return to the hotel.
    As an optional excursion today, we recommend a visit to watch the Beavers. In the evening, you will be picked up at dawn from the hotel to go and watch nocturnal animals in the wild. You will be back at the hotel late after dinner.

    Ushuaia - Flight to El Calafate

    Overnight: El Calafate
    In the morning, you will have time to explore the city. We recommend, for example, a visit to the old prison, which nowadays houses a large museum, where you will be able to learn a lot about the history of the former penal colony. Also stop at the Fin del Mundo Museum, which is mainly devoted to the history of the region's native inhabitants, is worth a visit!
    In the afternoon, you will head to the airport for your flight direction north, to El Calafate.

    The airport tax (about 5 USD) has to be paid directly at the airport on departure.

    Perito Moreno Glacier with boat trip

    Overnight: El Calafate
    Today we go to the Perito Moreno glacier! As soon as you get close to the glacier, you will not only see the huge ice masses but also hear them. The glacier moves forward up to two meters a day, so that every minute some ice splits off and falls loudly into the Lago Argentino. You will have time to look at the impressive glacier from the well-developed terraces and to have a look at them from different angles. In the subsequent boat trip, you will touch the edge of the Perito Moreno iceberg and get an even better impression of the dimensions of these ice masses.
    The boat trip takes place before or after the visit at the terraces, depending on availability.
    If you want something more adventurous, we offer alternatively an ice trek on the Perito Moreno glacier!

    Trip to El Chalten - Viewpoint Los Condores

    On this day, you will travel by bus through the almost endless steppe to El Chalten - the mecca of all trekking fans. The small village is the ideal starting point for short and long walks in the spectacular surroundings. In the afternoon, you will take a short hike to Mirador Los Condores. From there, you will have impressive views of the nearby mountains of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy, but also, with some luck the opportunity to observe the condor!

    Trip to Laguna de los Tres – Fitz Roy

    You will start your day with a hiking trip to the Laguna de los Tres: a lagoon, which is located at 1,900 meters of altitude. On your way, you will discover beech forests, glaciers and lakes and will be enchanted by the unique nature of Patagonia at Fitz Roy! You will also enjoy your picnic In the middle of nature to strengthen yourself for the return trip. In the afternoon, we return to El Chalten, past the famous Capri Lagoon, where you will have a last stop to enjoy the beautiful scenery again.

    Bariloche - die argentine Switzerland

    Overnight: Bariloche
    In the morning, you will have time for a small hike before returning from El Chalten back to El Calafate and directly to the local airport from where you will fly to Bariloche in the evening. The picturesque village in the north of Patagonia is located on Lake Nahuel Huapi, surrounded by a breathtaking mountain and lake landscape. In addition, Bariloche is famous for its good chocolate and the architecture testifies the great influence of the European immigrants, therefore the area is often referred to as "Swiss Argentine".

    Circuito Chico & Cerro Campanario

    Overnight: Bariloche
    After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will take you to your excursion of the day. On the famous Circuito Chico (short route), you will discover the flora and fauna of the region and the various landscapes such as the shores of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and the vast Andean panorama. Afterwards, you will take the chairlift up to the Cerro Campanario, where you will enjoy a unique view of the fantastic scenery of the area. Once at the top, you will have refreshing break in a small cafe before meeting your guide to go on a guided tour of Bariloche to see the highlights of the town.

    Kayak Trip on Bariloche´s Lakes - Buenos Aires

    Overnight: Buenos Aires
    In the morning, you will explore Bariloche and the beautiful surroundings from the water – you will go on a kayak! Do not worry; is suitable even for beginners without experience, this Kayaktour on the quiet Mascardi Lake is a great way to enjoy nature. Then there is still time for lunch in the city before you will go back to the airport and fly back to Buenos Aires.

    Tigre Delta - Flight to Iguazu

    Today, you will leave Buenos Aires - the ship will take you across the Rio de la Plata, from where you will admire the magnificent views of the skyline of the metropolis. In less than 2 hours, you will reach the Paraná Delta, also known as the Tigre Delta, to the north of the capital. The Paraná branches off on a wide area before it flows into the Rio de la Plata, forming a huge area with numerous canals, islands and wetlands. On the so-called Rod of the five Rivers, you will see from the water the most important touristic points of the city of Tigre and get to know the special life of the islanders in the delta, which can reach their houses only by boat. Afterwards you will visit the nature reserve Delta Terra, where you will learn a lot about the local nature by taking a guided walk, at the end you will be returning to Buenos Aires by the same route.
    In the late afternoon, you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for your flight to Puerto Iguazu.

    Iguazú-Waterfalls Brazil

    Today, you leave Argentina to visit the Brazilian part of the National Park of the Iguazú Falls. Here you will find the best panoramic viewpoints to enjoy the unique beauty and vastity of the largest waterfalls in the world. A 1.5 km long hiking trail will lead you through this world rich in plant species and with many rock formations to reach various viewpoints for breathtaking photographs; surely with some luck, you will meet some of the animal inhabitants of the park! At the end, you can get closer to the waterfalls if you want - the refreshment is just right with the tropical temperatures! Then you will return to your accommodation in the Argentine town of Puerto Iguazu – do not forget your passport for border crossing!

    Iguazú Falls Argentina - Garganta del Diablo

    Today you will set off early for a visit to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls. Among the many great views of the waterfalls you will get one from very close to the waters as well - the wet cooling comes just right tough! Numerous hiking trails are very inviting for you to explore the colorful and varied flora and fauna of the subtropical national park. Finally up to the highlight of the park, on a small train you will go up to the viewing platform which is at a few steps from the "Garganta del Diablo" (Devil's Throat) ,to experience the Iguazu waterfalls once again on a very special way, you can also book a 10-minute boat ride through the Falls -. Beware nothing will stay dry here!

    Return on Buenos Aires

    Today it is unfortunately time to say goodbye, your adventure in Argentina ends here! You will be taken to the airport and will fly to Buenos Aires to catch your flight to go back home.
    You have more time and want to discover more of Argentina and South America? No problem! For example, this trip to Argentina, can wonderfully combine with an extension, that will include a visit to the north of the country with its colorful mountain landscape.
